The Journey

Build Across Borders

Shanghai — China chapter

Build What Works

In Shanghai, you go from idea to operational reality. Access mega-supply chains, plug into AI-powered live-commerce platforms, and learn to build and validate products at the speed of the world's most efficient manufacturing ecosystem. You leave with a product, a supplier, and proof that it sells.

Founder's Reboot

Founder's Reboot

Building a company is demanding. The Founder Reboot gives you the space to recover, reset, and rebuild your mental clarity through digital detoxes, yoga, meditation, sport, and physical challenges designed to make you sharper for what comes next.

London — UK chapter

Grow Your Brand

London is where your venture gets its voice. You will learn to build a brand people trust, a story that travels, and a marketing engine that compounds through consumer positioning, campaign strategy, creative partnerships, and brand architecture.

Academic PartnerImperial College London
Perspective Projects — Rye, East Sussex

Perspective Project

The best founders understand the world beyond their industry. Perspective Projects take you out of the business environment entirely, into local communities, farms, and small towns, working alongside artisans and participating in grassroots projects in places like Rye in East Sussex. These are the experiences that change how you see problems and what you decide to build next.

Dubai chapter

Access The World

Dubai sits at the crossroads of the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia, giving your venture direct access to some of the fastest-growing consumer markets on earth. Sovereign wealth funds, venture capital, and an investor community actively seeking the next generation of scalable businesses, this is where funding conversations become real.

The Pitch Floor — investor showcase stage

The Pitch Floor

Your Year, On Stage

Over the course of the year, you build a real company across three countries, supported by dedicated electives and mentorship from top CXOs, industry leaders and Ivy League faculty at every stage. At the end of the year, you take the stage in front of a room of marquee investors who are actively looking to fund what comes next. You present your company, your traction, and your vision.

This is where your venture stops being a project and becomes a funded company.

Graduate With a Credential Co-Signed by Two World-Class Institutions

By the end of the program, you don't just leave with a live business and real investor backing. You leave with a credential co-signed by two internationally recognized institutions, each representing a distinct chapter of your global business journey.

FAQ

Common Questions

01Is this a Degree Program?

No, and that's intentional. GPEL is a year-long global program that prioritises a portfolio of proof over a piece of paper. You graduate with a real company built across three countries, a certificate of completion co-signed by Fudan University and Imperial College London, and a year's worth of real venture experience. That compounds harder than a generic degree line on a resume.

02Who is the GPEL for?

This program is tailored for ambitious 20–30 year olds who want to build something real, not just sit in a classroom theorizing about it. That means first-time founders, creators building toward real businesses, family business heirs preparing to take their legacy global, early-career professionals fast-tracking their trajectory, career switchers moving into entrepreneurship, and driven explorers who want to produce something they're proud of. All you need is an undergraduate degree or diploma completed by Feb 2027 and a penchant for innovation.

03What if I have no Business Idea?

Starting a venture is daunting and we want to be honest: it is not for everyone. But GPEL is designed for those who have the skills to build, scale and establish solutions the world is waiting for. Our Perspective Projects will help you find a problem worth solving, our core and elective courses will aid you in understanding industries and your founder style, the business and cultural immersions will help you actualise all that learning everyday through your interactions with industry leaders, local legends and successful companies. The lack of this guidance is the reason 90% of businesses fail.

04Can I find a co-founder?

Absolutely. Whether you bring only the idea or the energy that gets a team moving, we will help you actualise a venture. Teams form organically during Week 0, supported by Gallup-based profiling and counselor guidance. You'll find your people — and build with them across all three countries.

05What Happens at the Pitchfloor?

At the end of the course, each team presents their venture and journey to a curated room of investors, operators, and industry leaders. It's a real pitch with real stakes — and for many teams, it's where funding conversations begin. You will also have access to the Tetr Launchpad, $10 million fund looking to back the next generation of bold innovators.

06Is Accommodation included?

Yes. Accommodation across Shanghai, London, and Dubai is included in the program fee, along with immigration support and services for each country.

07Can I also experience working in big companies?

We encourage you to explore and learn as much as you can in this program. If that means interning with successful startups and companies, we are happy to support you in finding in-term internships and working alongside professionals to understand more of what it takes to run a successful team and venture.
